Cancellation Policy
Late policy:
10 minute grace period, after 10 mins a $15 late fee will occur. At the 15 minute mark your appointment will be marked as a no call no show unless you have communicated with me!
Cancelation:
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. 24 hours - 20% of your whole appointment total before you can book again. 12 hours - 50% of your whole appointment total before you can book again.
No show:
Full payment of services required before you can book again or
You can prepay full total of your appointment at time of booking!
